Frequently Asked Questions
For the complete ICAROS Circle we recommend at least 3 m × 5 m (15 m²). Each individual device requires approx. 1.5 m × 2.5 m. A standard socket (230 V) and Wi-Fi are sufficient.
The operation is intuitive – one app for all devices, guided training workflows and clear processes. Your team can work independently after a brief introduction; our support is available whenever needed.
You receive technical support, software updates and ongoing advice from our sales and service team.
After ordering we coordinate delivery and installation with you. We are also happy to arrange a visit to our Munich showroom for a live impression before you decide.
Many facilities combine insured services with attractive self-pay packages (e.g. Circle Sprint 15 min or Circle Full 30 min). During the consultation we will show you concrete models for your practice.
